So now, a virtual tour of our basement dwelling in Spanish Fork! We lived here from Aug. 2008-June 2009. We shall begin with the stairs of doom! I realized just now that I don't have a good picture of these stairs! But... here is a picture of us on the stairs... as they are covered in snow... and another picture of me sitting on them.
Yep. Those are what I fondly called the stairs of doom! :) They really weren't too bad, but I'm glad to have normal stairs now... :) Especially with heels...
Moving on- the first thing you saw when you walked into our house was the kitchen!
A very nice kitchen... just random placement. :D
Then you walk down the crazy hallway...
*oooooh* and on your left you see the laundry/storage room. It was quite nice to have all the space under their staircase to put our stuff in. :D If you look to your right you will see the bathroom.

I do miss this bathroom... and all the counter space... and the nice long mirror... But- moving on. The bedroom was located right before the turn in the hallway.

It had a nice big window, and a very nice large closet. Then- if you followed the turn in the hallway, you would finally end up in our living room!

Tada! (Or to quote Dallin... Tadada!) :) It was a little weird having the living room at the end of the house, but it was sometimes kind of fun to lead our visitors through the entire house when they came to visit... :) That door in the corner went to the storage room of the people upstairs. They slipped us our mail under the slot and we slipped them our rent in return. :D Many good times were had in this apartment, but we were very excited to move to Logan! And now that we're here, here are some pictures for you!
First... the door. (Yes, steve laughed when I took a picture of the door, but I intend to give you a tour, so we have to start outside... because I say so...)

And since I know you're all dying to know- we're the one on the left. :) When you walk in, you see our living room/kitchen... like so!

Yes, beautiful I know... :) The doors lead out to our porch, which I totally forgot to take a picture of, so I'll just have to add it later. :D It is quite marvelous with our hammock and all... Anyway- here is a better view of our kitchen- you can practically feel like you're walking right through our home!

Please take time to notice the fridge that is a good six inches shorter than me, along with the itty bitty stove... it holds my smallest cookie sheet... and that's all. But- it's a functioning gas stove, so I won't complain too much... Now my dear friends, turn to your left and we shall proceed down the hallway.

Yep- there's Steve... studying away! (actually, I think this was Sunday, so not so much studying going on...) But that is a pretty typical sight around here. To your immediate left you see our linen/game/random stuff closet, and to your right is our bathroom.

And now you see why I miss the counter space and big mirror. If you were to turn left rather than right, you would see our bedroom.

Notice the lovely cinderblock walls. :) Aaah the joys of on-campus living! I feel almost like I'm back in Juniper again... almost... Proceeding- at the end of the itty bitty hallway, we have the second bedroom. Or in our case, the computer/ironing/storage/Steve's closet/extra books/music room. Please ignore the mess... we are STILL trying to figure out where to put stuff and how to organize that room.

Maybe one day we'll get it figured out. And hopefully we'll have visitors to come and see it! *hint hint...* If anyone needs a place to stay in Logan we would love to have you stay with us! I'll even feed you! Or, if you're just passing through, give us a call! We love visitors!! So, I shall see you out...

yay Lindz! looks like you guys are enjoying Logan! So glad! Brock's sister is up there for school and we dropped her off a few weeks back and I fell in love with Logan, soooo pretty! But also very far away and I hear veryyyyyy cold in the winter. :) I'll let you know if we ever come that way! We'd love a real-life tour too!
I also love looking at pictures of other people's houses. Thanks for the virtual tour!
I love your cute little house! It reminds me a lot of the one that I live in! Looking through those pictures reminded me how much I miss seeing you every day! I hope that you are doing well!
I feel like I really got a tour of your apartments! Now I have an idea of where you have lived, since we're losers and never travel past Enoch or St. George. Those "stairs" were crazy, I've never seen anything like them before.
I loved the tour! Now I have to come see it in person!
I would LOVE some!!! Thanks so much! I'm up for getting together or something to get them! :)
