I think Steve and I need to coordinate a little better here...I do the writing, but Steve has all the pictures on his phone. Hmmm... one day maybe that will change and our posts will include more fun pictures. :D So- we have returned from Las Vegas, and it was wonderful! Steve spend the mornings at the park, at the hotel, wandering around the World's Largest Gift Shop, etc. I spent the mornings at Tom Williams Elementary School. And it was amazing! I was put in a 3rd grade class, and they loved me immediately. They were the cutest kids, and LOVED it when I would eat lunch with them or play with them on the playground. I never got to teach, because to teach in Vegas you have to be fingerprinted in Vegas (the FBI fingerprints just aren't good enough...), and so I just sat in a corner and observed for 3 1/2 days. The observation may not have been the most thrilling thing, but the kids were absolutely wonderful! I want to go back already!
Anyway, the day we got back we went to our cute nephew James' first birthday party. It was great!! Judy- I'm going to want lessons on making cute birthday cakes. :D It's crazy that he's one year old already!! Steve and I started dating again just a week before he was born. That means we've been consistently together for 1 year! Yay!!
Now, it's the weekend and I really should go be productive. I still have a little homework to do, and lot of Thank You notes to finish...yes...it has been almost 3 months and I'm still working on them... Today will be a good day for that though. From yesterday afternoon until tonight, Steve is working 25 hours...so I won't be seeing much of him today. Well, I hope everyone is having a great weekend! The weather is Beautiful, and Steve and I discovered a fun trail over up Nichols Canyon on Thursday. Go have FUN!! Love to you all!

Yay I'm glad you had a good time in Vegas, though thats really weird about the fingerprint thing! If only they knew the troubles you have caused...kidding of course.

Hello Corry family!!! Lindsey I've never met you but Steve and I were in HOPE together once upon a time!!!! I am thrilled that he found someone to share is life... Marriage is the best...hard sometimes...but wonderful. Anyways I was reading your blog and am I understanding that you are LIVING in Vegas? Um because WE live in Vegas :). I would love to meet up someday. Anyways, hope all is well
Thanks for thinking the cake was cute. It was my first attempt at making a cool cake so I was way nervous that it would look terrible. Thanks for coming to James party, the fire hat is sooooo cute. I'm gonna have to take a picture of James and Jared wearing them together.
