I am thankful for our Halloween pumpkin. We never got around to carving our pumpkin this year. So when we decided to pull out the Christmas decorations today, I decided the pumpkin had to go. Steve chopped it up and we made a bunch of pumpkin puree. Yum! I've made bread and muffins today, plus I had tons left over to freeze. I sure do love pumpkin.
