Meet the B.L.U.T. (Big Loud Ugly Thing) The newest addition to our household... :) And it sure does make me happy! The pictures below do not even do it justice, and were taken AFTER I scrubbed it and made it as clean as possible. Yep. That's all. I love the B.L.U.T!!!

I'm so jealous. I want a B.L.U.T! That is one of my requirements for our next apartment. If it happens to be cute, and quiet that would be fine with me too!
Maybe a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser would help to beautify your washing machine (if you haven't already tried it). They seem to work on almost everything. Good luck!

Awesome! I love the B.L.U.T.! Something else you might try would be appliance paint! My parents painted a fridge once! It might be a pain though... and then you might not be able to call it a B.L.U.T. which might be sad...
