With that said, I had every intention of making this a great blog full of pictures of everything we've been up to since school got out. But... I packed the camera cords yesterday. And as much as I love you all, I don't really want to rip into a box to pull out the cords. So maybe you'll get pictures after the move. :)

Happy summer memories from my childhood involve a plate of my favorite cookies, a glass of my favorite drink, and good friends. Growing up we used to eat these cookies with the Shay's. As I got older I started taking my snack along with a good book. And while I haven't enjoyed my complete summer treat yet- I look forward to a summer at our new apartment- complete with balcony. Oh- and yes, they're in the oven now. :D

Yay! I'm so excited! Sometimes I'm the same way with feeling like I have to write about or catch up on everything and it's so overwheming, but yay for random posts! This one was so adorable, by the way! Love it!
